Achievements:-

• Represented for the Librarians in framing Special Rules to Librarians under the Common Pool, implementation of UGC scheme to College Librarians convened by the Principal Secretary, Higher Education,Govt.of Kerala
• Participated in Six refresher courses in Library Science and presented many papers on Library Automation, Digitization etc.
• Participated in many workshops convened by UGC,INFLIBNET KLA,DLIS
• Presented papers in National Seminars of Library and Information Science
• Ex.Committe Member of AADLIS
• Life member of Kerala Library Association
• Vice President,Kerala Gazetted Officers Union, Thiruvananthapuram District.
